Ben is a former professional swimmer who was injured in an accident that left much of his body paralyzed. When he could not find suitable fitness resources online, he began making his own.
He started with a phone and a borrowed microphone. Adapt to Perform went on to publish hundreds of free adapted-fitness videos for people around the world.

How Adapt to Perform hosts video
